Personal Data Protection
GENERAL INFORMATION is the data controller of the personal data provided to it by its internal/external interested parties/users/stakeholders. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), undertakes to comply with its obligation of secrecy with respect to personal data, the duty to process them with confidentiality and to keep them protected using adequate security measures.

For the reason stated above, has implemented and has in place an Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on the UNE-EN ISO/IEC 27001 standard, which has been certified by the certifying entity AENOR since 2014, in addition to having the National Security Framework (ENS), regulated by Royal Decree 3/2010, of 8 January, and its amendment by Royal Decree 951/2015, of 23 October, which has been certified by the certifying entity AENOR since 2018 (both are integrated in the entity, which increases the effectiveness of its personal data protection measures). In this way, prevents the alteration, loss and unauthorised processing of or access to the personal data of its internal and external interested parties/users/stakeholders.

The purpose of the collection and processing of personal data is the management, provision, expansion and improvement of services rendered to the internal/external interested parties/users/stakeholders. of, as indicated in the following document (click on link): Privacy Policy, which aims to establish the guidelines and principles that will govern the way in which will manage and protect the privacy of personal data to help ensure compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to the collection, storage, use, transfer, disclosure to third parties and the retention of personal and/or confidential data.
